Lease Ups

More than just leasing, a member of our team moves on site to be the Quality Assurance point person. This role is there to assist in the creation and coordination of initial onsite services. This visible resident role assists in the creation of community by organizing & running appropriate events such as Yappy Hours, Classes, Events and more around common spaces.

Temp Employee Shop

Surreptitious, much like a leasing shop, it’s a way to really find out what your team members think about the company, Tracey is placed as a low level position determined by the client such as a temp, intern or auditor. For at least a week, she goes through the new orientation activities for her role while evaluating every touchpoint that affects the corporate culture. Interview and summary in writing delivered within a week of finish date.
